Throughout the course of your background check you will be contacted several times to either provide additional information or explanations as we attempt to gather all required information to conclude your background investigation.

HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT

1. Initial Contact by Internal Investigation Case Manager to inform you of the process and confirm email Address.
2. Complete  a few additional electronic applications for  verification of information.
   
3. Case Manager will assigned an investigator to you and the investigator will contact you for a scheduled home interviews (up to 3 hours).
   
4. Once the home interview concludes a case manager/investigator will contact you if any followup information is needed.
   
5. Report will be completed and forwarded to CPD. All hiring decisions will be made by CPD.
